A considered process, from start to finish

Every project we take on follows a clear five-stage path, built around clarity, craftsmanship, and care from our first conversation to the final walkthrough.

①  Consultation

Understanding your goals and vision

Every project begins with conversation. We take the time to understand your goals, priorities, style preferences, budget, and timeline — and visit the site to review existing conditions firsthand. Ideas are explored openly, and the overall vision for the project begins to take shape.

What this stage includes

Discovery meeting

Site visit and existing conditions review

Budget discussion

Lifestyle and functionality needs

Inspiration and style direction

Preliminary feasibility guidance

Initial timeline expectations

②  Planning & Scope

A clear roadmap before we build

Before any work begins on site, we define exactly what the project includes and how it will move forward. Scope of work, scheduling, measurements, permitting, and coordination requirements are organized into a clear, documented roadmap — so there are no surprises once construction starts.

What this stage includes

Detailed project planning
